Im trying to start the game, but it's just stuck at the start-up screen. I have tried a lot of things other post said. But nothing helps. I have been able to play it before without a problem, But not anymore. I don't wanna spend my money on a game that wont start after 50 hours. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear your game is stuck on the splash screen. Please just run through the steps in this article and the steps found in here too and just see if there's anything you haven't tried yet first of all, just to rule out any of the most common causes of issues on PC. 

If you still have issues after these steps, let us know here and we can create a support case for you, as we'll need to get some system files (DX Diag and MSInfo) from you to look into this further. 

If you would prefer to contact us via live chat, you can do so here and we can get your files from you whilst speaking to you on there. 

As live chat isn't always available, you can also reach out through a private message on Twitter or Facebook if you prefer, as that will also create a case for you and we can then get your system files off you through there.

Sorry that you are also having this same issue! If you haven't yet, please make sure to go through all of the steps in our troubleshooting guide here. Also, please verify your game files.

Please also make sure the game isn't installed on a Microsoft Storage Space Device. These are known to cause this issue for our games.

I understand you've already tried to reinstall, but if the issue persists after trying the steps above, please uninstall/reinstall the game again. This time, when you reinstall, make sure to reinstall the game and Ubisoft Connect on the same drive. We recommend reinstalling on the OS/C drive. This can help fix the issue with the game crashing at startup.
