In order to begin troubleshooting their error, please complete our basic troubleshooting guide for the PS4. If you find that the game disc continues to eject during this specific mission after completing these steps, please update this thread with a video clip showing this happening.

I am sorry to hear you have received the "Data Corrupt!" message. Could you please confirm if you have created the manual save before reinstalling the game? Are the saves showing as «corrupted» in the load menu?
