hi i was told to update i did all my saves were deleted and im stuck on a pages saying ONLINE SERVICE ERROR

Hi @razor8674 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing your save data.

To confirm you installed an update for the game and then when you launched the game all of your save data is missing is that correct? And you are now receiving an online service error.

Can you confirm the following:

  • When you last had access to your save data
  • Which platform you play the game on? Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S or both?
  • When does the error message appear?


Could you also provide screenshots of the main menu screen and the error message.

Can you confirm if you save files are also affected or do you just receive the error message? Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message.

Did you also only start receiving the error after installing the latest update?

To restore a save file, you can use the Windows Backup System or Cloud Synchronisation via Ubisoft Connect PC.

I apologise for the delayed response. Are you still encountering an Online Service Error 0x20101903 when launching Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

If you haven't already, I would suggest trying these basic PC connectivity troubleshooting steps, as these steps will help to ensure that your connection to the servers is in optimal condition. Additionally, I'd also recommend ensuring that you have configured Port Forwarding correctly.

If you are still encountering this error after trying these connectivity troubleshooting steps, please don't hesitate to share an update with us so we can investigate this further.
