I’ve already completed the puzzle below where the dwarf stands. The end of the quest was never triggered or I never actually triggered it. I’ve already gotten the treasure and opened all doors but the quest giver still stands in the same place, no dialogue given, no option to speak. Please let me know if there is something I can do to fix this or if it will be fixed with a patch. I’ve completed every but this and it’s driving my OCD nuts.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble completing the "Fornama" world event due to being unable to interact with Banski, the Dwarf NPC. I've passed on the images you've shared within this thread, @DocNasty8404, so the dedicated teams can take a closer look at this.
Would you be able to provide some additional images or video from your own experience, @ShirtyFungus7, that shows you're unable to interact with Banski? If you can show that the puzzles have been completed and the wealth in the area has been collected as well, that would be very helpful.
I recommend uploading any images or video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.

However, they do have your save files and are investigating this issue further.
