I downloaded Dawn of Ragnarok yesterday and since then I was unable to start the game at all, it crashes every time right after startup as it would load in the main menu... haven't really found any other fresh threads about the game crashing right after startup, so I'm requesting help here...

Hello @fredericco400 thanks for getting in touch with us about the crashes you have experienced after the recent update.

if at any point the download was interrupted, this could have caused corrupted files which may be causing this crashing issue.

Verifying your game files may fix tthis crashing issue. Here are some instructions on how to perform this check for each launcher >

Please note, verifying game files can take several minutes to complete depending on the size of the game.

After trying this step, please launch and test the game and let me know what happens?
