I've encountered a bug a few times wherein my spear just randomly drops from the equipped hand. When scanning the inventory the spear is totally lost. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Would it be possible to get the spears back? please help.
Hey @kuneho143! Welcome to the forums. I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble with the spear dropping from your hand and disappearing from your inventory.
Thanks for chiming in @TheNorfolkian and @azullfr! And yes, there was an old bug but that should be resolved for everyone at this time.
Any videos or images would be helpful if they can be provided @kuneho143. Could you also tell me which spears this is happening with? Do they return to your inventory at any point or are they just completely gone?

Did you remember when this happened for both of the missing spears? Aside from having them equipped, was there any action taken before they disappeared?
Also, did they both disappear in the same area or in different areas of the map?
