I have been trying to play for an hour and have finally given up. Constant crashing, freezing or running slow. Totally annoyed for the price of the ultimate edition $164.

Hi there, sorry you are experiencing this issue while playing your game. So we can look to getting this resolved could we first ask that you have attempted our basic troubleshooting steps as outlined here.

If you are still receiving this error after completing these steps, could you please provide your system reports via a support case as advised in the FAQ guides below :

Generating a DirectX Diagnostic Report

Generating a Microsoft System Information Report
