I understand that the announcement about the free weekly item was unclear as to when the offer starts in our patch notes.
To confirm - just as @iChaosPaladin mentioned, it will be available from next Tuesday 14:00 UTC and will then continue to reset at the same time each week. You can find a Twitter announcement about this here:

Sorry I'm late to this convo as well! I can confirm that is somewhat common knowledge (on our end) that not all online services are properly compatible with the Microsoft Edge browser and we generally recommend using Google Chrome in hopes of sidestepping that issue. I do apologize for the confusion and any frustration that this has caused.
