Help to understand the problem. Bought the game from Epic Games. There were a lot of different descriptions on the game page, including those about supported languages. It listed all available languages and no information about regional restrictions. As a result, I, guided by information from the store, purchased the game. But I can't play it because the Russian language is not available for installation. Ubisoft support says it's a store issue, while store support says it's a Publisher and developer issue. I just want to play the game I bought legally, but in my own language.

@amir-jaminov If there is no option for Russian language showing then I'm afraid it is not available for the version that you own.

Games from different regions will have different languages available.

If you would like to request a refund please contact your point of purchase.

@Jysky539 Hi there, apologies for any frustration caused by this situation. Language availability is dependent on where the game is purchased. For any further questions or concerns I recommend updating your support case, as we cannot assist with store issues on public channels.

Hey @BRz_AnGur !

Sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with accessing certain language options on the game.

The language availability depends on the region you're in. As sales in Russia have been suspended, this particular version of the game is unavailable for purchase, so I understand that the purchase was made on another region. It's sadly not possible to add languages to different versions of the game, so player support is not going to be able to offer assistance on that issue.

As purchases/order issues contain personal information, I'd also recommend reaching out to us again via a Support Ticket, to make sure no personal information is shared in public.

Hi @BRz_AnGur !

Thanks for your reply.

I understand your situation, but I'm afraid this isn't something that can be changed by Support. As it stands, the available languages for installation depend on the geographic location you were at, when you purchased the game. It does sounds like the language packs included are the correct ones for the Turkish Epic Games Store.

It's certainly unfortunate that you won't be able to have the game displayed in Russian, but as that's how it was set up to be, it's not possible to change which languages are included after purchasing a certain version.

Hey there @Polyedra !

Thanks for responding, as well.

As I couldn't see a still open thread (or a recent one) regarding this, I thought I would answer, no harm in providing the info our players require. I'd also rather not assume foul play, rather that some further clarification may be needed. 😁

On the second part of your comment, I'll just point towards the decisions made by the company in regard to the situation. Actions speak louder than words, after all.
