Hey there @oxyymoronn. I'd like more clarification to help assist you. Was your brother logged into the correct Ubisoft account when playing Valhalla? If a save is overwritten, it won't be able to be recovered.

I'm afraid if he started a new game and overwrote his save, we aren't able to recover this.
