Hi @f_off00 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the screen resolution in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

I am unsure why the resolution is too high. I would recommend deleting the config file which can be found in the following folder: C:\Users\\Documents\Assassin's Creed Valhalla\ACValhalla.ini

Once you have done ensure that the Ubisoft Connect launcher and Assassin's Creed Valhalla are running with administrator rights. After you have done this launch the game again, this will create a new config file and hopefully the resolution will be correct.

However, if the issue persists I would recommend opening the config file to check for the resolution settings in there and then manually edit them, save and try again.

@f_off00 Thank you for giving that a try! When you run Ubisoft Connect, and Epic as administrator as long as verifying your game files are you noticing any improvements?

Hey @F_OFF00, thanks for your response!

Can I check with you what is the graphics card you're using? Is it Nvidia by any chance? If it is, I'd suggest to double-check your video card's software to see if there's an option that optimizes your resolution, which then can result in these settings you've made within the settings file to not apply. Additionally, you can also try putting your settings file to 'Read-Only' status (at least initially for testing purposes), just to see if it makes any difference.

Keep us updated!
