Sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in the quest! We've received reports about issues with following Tyra there already. Does Tyra stop moving completely? Could you please specify when exactly does it happen (for example: after defeating the Muspel Patrol or by a shelter sign barrel)? Thanks!

Sorry to hear you also can not progress because Tyra does not move at all. Could you please confirm for me if you tried to reload a previous save before starting the quest?
