i cant take two item one of ardmel deed
and other underwater key for artifact door
and game is sometimes crashed

Hello @halil41, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble obtaining the items. I would recommend the following here in this article, and reach back out to us with video showing the items are unable to be obtained after following the steps.

Apologies for the delay, glad to see this has since been resolved!

We are investigating the 'Light Fingered' skill so hopefully this will be resolved in future.
