Hello, @MeatLloyd! I am sorry to hear that your achievements are not tracking. To look into this for you, if you complete a main or side quest are you able to unlock these achievements? If you have already completed the story, please try to complete a contract from Reda to test if that helps your achievements unlock! If it does not, please try this troubleshooting guide for Xbox one and this one for Xbox Series X/S depending on the generation of Xbox you are playing on.
If afterwards the achievements are still not unlocking for you, please check to see if you are using cloud saves to be able to add your information to the investigation! This guide will help you check if you are using cloud saves, thank you.
