I'm sorry to hear you've found duplicate hair and tattoo schemes in your inventory. Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us.

The development team are aware of an issue wherein players are able to buy multiple copies of the Francia tattoo schemes, and they're currently investigating this issue further. I recommend keeping an eye out within the News & Announcements forum for future updates regarding this issue.

We also have an ongoing Megathread for duplicated items in the inventory, such as duplicate hair schemes. Would you be able to provide me with some more information about your duplicate Classic Blonde Hair scheme?

• Do you remember when you first received a duplicate of this scheme? Were you able to purchase it twice, or did a duplicate appear after a certain action?
• Would you be able to provide us with an image that shows the duplicate hair schemes in your inventory?

We can then forward this report to the development team as part of the ongoing investigation.
