We haven't had any other reports of this so far, so as a first step, can you please go through the steps in our Basic PS5 troubleshooting guide? I'd like to see if those steps have any effect on the issue.

Thanks for the update @mrsmithzoo, all of these steps in our PS5 guide can be found on the PlayStation support website. I believe some of the steps can correct corrupted game files or sync issues with games that can sometimes cause in-game bugs like this, much like how verifying your game files on PC can solve a number of problems in games.
