This is perhaps a weird question, but I haven't found the answer anywhere. With Ubisoft's cross save functionality coming, does this mean that when you play this or Watchdogs Legion on PC, and then a year later switch over to PS5, while using your cross save to continue playing where you left off, do your trophies retroactively unlock?

Cross-Progression is only available between platforms in the same family, for example; You will be able to move from PlayStaion 4 to PlayStation 5 however cannot move from PlayStation 4 to PC or Xbox or vice versa.
