I think the birds are animated at 30 fps, while the rest is 60 fps. That's why the difference is so huge.
Try for yourself, go to any sync location(eagle symbol), sync and pay attention.
The birds seems also low resolution...The same goes for the birds you encounter in the open world, they have the same 30fps problem

Thank you for providing us with more details and a video! I'm really sorry to hear that you are experiencing FPS drops and after checking your video I can see that it's indeed a visible change.

I tested this on my PC to check if I was experiencing the same but I'm afraid that I wasn't able to reproduce it. Can I kindly ask you to perform all of the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? This will help you to eliminate any potential software conflicts that can lead to this issue.

Hi @kilyan82! Thanks for providing another video for us to take a look at, and for those additional details!

Were you able to go through the troubleshooting steps we previously sent? Did you notice any improvement at all? Also, can you try to lower your graphics settings temporarily to see if that makes a difference in how the birds look? I'd be curious to know if you see any changes after lowering the settings and then going back to higher settings.
