I am sorry to hear you can not access your expansions in game. Could you please let us know the edition of the game, do you own those expansions as a part of your Season Pass? If I understand you correctly, you are talking about the "Wrath of the Druids" and "Siege of Paris" expansions?
Can you once again make sure that you installed PS5 versions, not PS4?
When installing the Wrath of the Druids expansion, note that on PlayStation consoles, both the PS4 and PS5 versions are automatically installed.
You can navigate to your Downloads queue list to Cancel/Delete the unneeded version. If they have already been installed, you can navigate to your Internal Storage, and delete the version that is not needed for your base game version.

Have you confirmed all your DLCs are installed in the Ubisoft Connect client?
