I miss only the 4th page but when i go to winchester's bureau i can't take it, please help me.

Please accept my apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I'm sad to read you can't collect the Codex Page 4.
We would like to investigate this further, therefore I would kindly ask you to provide a short video, showing that the page cannot be picked up and it's not present in the inventory.
In addition, could you please send us the images demonstrating the location of the mystery and the world map?
Please also make sure that your latest save has been added to the cloud.
Once I receive the required information, I'll be happy to pass it on to the relevant department.
