Hello I'm having trouble with the max level of 536 there doesn't seem to be a single skill point I'm missing and it's just not there help please? Also the woman for a mild hunt is untalkable to as well as not appearing in Norway when I go to hand in the quest

For the issue with "The Mild Hunt", can you clarify if this is the quest-giver NPC that you cannot speak to?
