[2023] [The Last Chapter] Did not receive the quest 'Fare Thee Well, My Ravens'

Hello,
after completing the first 4 Farewell Quests the last Quest Farewell my Ravens isnt starting. The memory shard in my inventory is still "damaged".

  • I completed the main story.
  • Completed Asgard and Jotunheim Questlines
  • Upgraded my settlement to lvl 6
  • defeated all the targets of the Order
  • and did the first 4 Farewell quests

Can anyone help me?
I am playing AC Valhalla in PC.

@Diddy_DHS Hey there, sorry to hear you're running into an issue with this quest! Are you seeing a location for the quest? If so, what happens when you go there?

Also, are you able to load a save from before you started this quest?

If you go to the location of the fragment; spoiler - are you able to trigger the quest there?

Otherwise, could you please provide some additional screenshots showing the other Fare Thee Well quests as being completed?
