I've had a closer look and can se that we had similar instances being reported by other players too, however re-linking Ubisoft and your 3rd party accounts (you should see yours by accessing account management website) seemed to have helped, so if you are willing to try this, get through to us directly (as it will involve discussing account related details) and we will gladly take it from there:
