Hey there @too_kwuacked , thanks for reaching out about this. I'm sorry you'd faced an issue when trying to launch Valhalla from Epic.

I gather you're trying the workaround suggested by other players, and I appreciate you letting us know. This isn't something that should be happening in the first place, though, so I'd like to investigate. Can you give me a bit more information about what happened when you tried to start up Valhalla? Was there a splash screen or any error message? Or did nothing at all happen?

Can you also tell me if you tried any of the steps from our troubleshooting guide, and if they made any difference when trying to launch the game?

With this information, I'll have a better idea of how to investigate this further, in case it happens to other players. Thanks very much for your help with this
