After months have passed and still hasn't been fixed. The problem started while i was playing my pc shut down. After that it couldn't synchronize achievements with the cloud. Read everything and did everything and still doesn't work. Plus the "Eivor's Saga" challenge doesn't unlock although i have beat it months ago.

Can I just check that you have followed the steps mentioned in the thread you shared a link to? Those steps are the 1st steps I would recommend for your issue.
