@ScifoMc - I have merged your thread with the original that you referred to in your post; I hope that you don't mind! This way, we can keep as much relevant information together as possible. Having watched your video, I just wanted to clarify as well; is the body on the floor not the body of Orwig himself? Is the issue actually that he is spawned dead, rather than alive? Please update us as soon as you can with clarification! 
@wellse_01 - Hey there! Welcome to Discussions, and thank you for sharing your experience of this issue here in this thread. Can you clarify the platform you are playing on, as well as provide an image or video showing that the Drengr is not available for you to fight? Do you see a body anywhere nearby that looks like it could belong to them, or any sign of combat having taken place previously?
Any additional videos that we can collect would be of a great help to the development team. Thanks!
Thank you for the reply wellse_01. Do you have a video you can provide for our investigation into this Dregr or can I ask you to upload your affected save file to the cloud, after travelling to that exact area?
Once you can do this, I will happily pass this save file to our QA team to investigate.
