I recently got a samsung G9 49" monitor and i cant get assassins creed valhalla to recognize the aspect ratio at all. So far this is the only game out of all of the ones that i play that doesnt either stretch the edges or just generally support the 32:9 aspect ratio. I have tried some of the cutscene stuff but that doesnt fix the issue of the actual game. ive seen other posts about this but nothing that actually fixes the problem.

Hey there, and thank you for posting about this issue you have been experiencing with setting the game to a 32:9 aspect ratio. So that I have more information to provide the Game team, would you mind sending me a screenshot of your game settings and then what happens when trying to set to 32:9?

Also, please create a Support ticket and attach your MSinfo and DxDiag files. I would like to send your system information to be included with the investigation as well. Once you have attached those files to your ticket, just post the ticket number here so that I may gather those files. Thanks!

Hello @DJBEARS32 ,

First of all, welcome to Discussions. I am sorry to hear about your issue with the aspect ratio. You've said you've tried the Cutscene fix but it did not solve the issue. Was it the one from reddit?

We would like to have a closer look, therefore could you please send us the screenshots of your game settings, the game version and show what happens when you select 32:9? Note that they can be a maximum of 2,000 pixels in length, 2,000 pixels in height, or 2MB in filesize. Alternatively, they can be uploaded to any other website of your choice, and a link sent to us here on the forum thread.

We look forward to hearing back from you.
