[2022] Low resolution on tattoos and gear

Hey @Waynedal, thanks for getting through to us and sorry to hear about the visual issues you've encountered with gear sets and tattoos in particular.

1. After having a closer look, it does not appear that this has been brought up to our team before, therefore would it be possible for you to provide us with either screenshot or video footage showing this? To do so, all you have to do is just click 'Share' button during gameplay (on your controller) and then take it from there. Once you have your video/screenshot, you can share it on YouTube for example, and then send the link over to us to have a look.
2. As far as gear sets are concerned, I do understand that this only occurs with some, therefore could you clarify which are the ones you've had issue with?
3. Finally, for testing purposes, if you do encounter blurry tattoo or gear set, did you possibly try to wait a little to see if it loads up or does it stay the same regardless?

I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered a separate issue with your menu tabs appearing in the middle of the screen like that. Has this happened before, or was this the first time you've seen this?

I'd like to collect some more information about your graphics settings as well, if possible. This information could be helpful for further investigation by the dedicated teams.

Firstly, can you let me know if you've tried the steps shared on this basic PS4 troubleshooting article? These steps help to tackle a number of common causes behind technical issues in-game, such as graphical issues. In particular, I'd recommend restoring your licenses and rebuilding your database to see if this helps to improve the textures in-game.

Do you also play the game with HDR enabled? If so, can you let us know what your Maximum Luminance and Exposure settings are? You can check these by going to "Options" then "Screen."
