I'm about 150 hours into the game and I completed the Winchester arc around 40 hours. I just finished collecting the Codex pages and was told to read Reda's letter. The quest More Intel did not get triggered and I cannot talk to Randvi about it either. I tried talking to Hytham too but was not given any options. Is there any way to get around this?

Can you try to go to the alliance map and move your mouse around the Wincestre marker and see if it helps to solve the issue?

@k_liz13 Sorry to hear the previous suggestions did not resolve this. To clarify, after opening Reda's letter, the quest log was not updated with the next objective? Is the quest prompt stuck, telling you to still read the letter?
