I've killed many male deer, elk and reindeer in every corner of the map and I only managed to get their antlers once, during a mission when I was riding with the assassin, I have 22 hooves by now, and that's after selling / exchanging a few. Any solution to this? Thanks

I see there was an issue that should have been resolved some time ago and we had a megathread about this here.
I assume you do have the game updated? If you're still having trouble, can you let us know the exact locations you're hunting reindeer in? If possible, can you also send us a video that shows you hunting several reindeer and no antlers dropping? We can then pass this along to the development team so they can take a closer look into why antlers are not dropping as frequently and see if the issue has re-emerged.
Hi @Randelia ! Finding antlers can be a daunting task, I remember it took me a long time as well! Please let us know if the area suggested by @SpirantCrayon22 worked (thanks!) - if I remember correctly I also found most of my antlers around there, by the Readingum Abbey lake. Good luck!
