I just updated the game to the newest patch and since then I keep getting "New Quest" alerts when I loot things (barrels, bags, vases seem to be the main culprits; does not occur with chests), interact with objects (readables, doors), or collect items (maps, keys, opals/titanium). I check my quest log but nothing new has actually been added. I'm currently playing Siege of Paris, so I don't know if this is isolated to just this region. It's mildly irritating when looting multiple objects and the notification and sound occur for every single item.
