[2022] Unable to start Game --- This product cannot be activated right now, please try again later"

Hello Everyone, I'm trying to play AC Valhallah, but when I run Ubisoft launcher it comes back with a message saying "Unable to start Game --- This product cannot be activated right now, please try again later" ...
I've tried cache, uninstalling the game, rebooting PC, validating files etc... and to no avail... ever since the Siege of Paris DCL came out, things have gone south with me playing this game to the point that I cannot even OPEN and RUN the game I own.

Please let me know of any methods or advancements in fixing this issue.
Much help would be greatly appreciated.
