I purchased Siege of Paris from the EGS but it is not being detected in the Ubisoft Connect app. I had previously purchased Wrath of the Druid which had worked properly. I have also tried to verify all my files multiple times, and have reinstalled the game from the ground up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Taking a look, it may be that the Expansion was bound to a different Ubisoft Account than where your base game and Wrath of the Druids Expansions are located.

Could you please create a case with is directly through our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter so we can take a closer look?

When doing so please include a screenshot of the following folder; Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership as this will allow us to check for any alternative accounts the content may have accidentally been bound to.

Sorry to hear you're both having issues with accessing Siege of Paris. If you've not already created a support ticket, you can do so here. As this is an issue that requires we check your account, a support ticket is needed to fix the issue for you.
