I finally got my last gold medal, Ei or was frozen with a golden glow and everywhere I went it said Odin Mine Hideout. I got the currency in game for the completion and bought all the rewards from Hildiran but the achievement never unlocked. All locations on the map show gold completions.

I am sorry to hear that your True Master Achievement didn't unlock when you got all of your medals. I went ahead and moved you over to this thread as @JTDJudgementDay was able to find a resolution that worked for them.
