I tried to load an old save file to check how many missions I had done, (but I had already finished the story) (now it's about 176 hours of gameplay, the save was about 140-150)
I erased it,
i continued to play normally, but since then, ubisoft connect can't sync valhalla saves anymore!

I tried to delete the saves to my pc to see if it restored them from the cloud,
but the strange thing is that in a few seconds it leaves me the message unable to synchronize ..


UbiSoft assistance advised me:
uncheck Ubi connect cloud saves
play 10 minutes to allow you to make automatic save savers
quit the game,
put the tick back on cloud saves
load the game, and choose "LOCAL" saves

but it didn't work, in 1 second it tells me that it is impossible to synchronize (strange thing as I remember valhalla, with my connection it took at least 15-20 seconds ..!)

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with Save synchronization.

As you mentioned a few troubleshooting steps performed already, can you please try these steps as well? Once performed, can also restart your Ubisoft Connect and run it with Administrator Rights? This will ensure that your connection to our services is optimal and nothing is blocking this connection from your PC's side.
