When i fought this drengr, i win at first time but in the battle he fells into the sea, i can talk with him but i cannt kill him , he's only on knees ,but i cant complete the event, i tried reload my save game, go to a other area and nothing , i have a video too

This quest is currently under investigation by the AC team, so I will pass your clip along to the team. Do you have your save file uploaded to the cloud, so that I may access it?
At the moment, we are advising players to reload a previous save before the fight takes place, in order to win and complete the quest, though this issue may happen again should he fall into the sea during the fight.
