Hello dear community

Every time I try to take a screenshot via F12 - and yes, there is nothing else bound on this button - the game freezes. The music continues for a while, for example when you are syncing a tower, but then there is silence. I can press anything possible on the keyboard. Nothing happens anymore.
I can only close the game manually via the task manager. 
It doesn't matter if I use third-party programs like Greenshot or the in-game tools.

Yes, I really like taking screenshots and would also like to take some in cutscenes, exactly when I don't have access to photo mode.

I appreciate helpful replies if any of you still have the bug, possibly what helped you.
I already reported the bug 2 years ago - no change until today. Kind of disappointed.

  • Does this happen when taking screenshots in a specific region?
  • Do any error appears before the game freezes?

When reinstalling the GPU driver, did you choose to install it with or without GeForce Experience ?
