Hi guys,

I am currently having a bug during Verica's Tomb. I checked if there was another topic about this problem, but it seems there isn't one yet.
I have progressed up to the part where there is a skeleton hanging in a cage holding a key. (see pictures below)

I know i have to move the shelves in order to get to the skeleton and the key, but my shelves are stuck so i can't move them? I have checked some video's, and there are supposed to be 3 movable things, 1 small shelf, 1 big shelf and 1 sort of large boulder. It seems like these last two objects got stuck in the same spot.
In the first two pictures below, you can see that i can use the triangle button on two different spots (and therefore i could move two different objects in that spot i guess), but they both won't move at all? I can move the small shelf, but the other two objects are blocking the exit, so i can't progress any further as i can't get to the key.

Could you please help me?

Hi @ryan-de-looze I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in Verica's Tomb. Looking at the images it appears you have moved the large boulder object from the corner where it was originally. I am unable to see where that has got stuck. You should be able to climb the large boulder to obtain the key from the cage.

So we can get a better understanding of the issue, could you please provide a video.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here

Hey @ryan-de-looze, thanks for sending a video of your issue.

Have you tried to leave the tomb, fast travel somewhere, fast travel back and come back to the tomb, to see if it helped to unlock the big shelf ?

@ryan-de-looze Thank you for following up about this issue with the shelf getting stuck! I appreciate you taking the time to answer our questions and even providing us with the video of this occurring.🔥That is pretty much all I needed- so I documented everything you described and submitted a new report with a big bow on it! Once we get an update from our investigation team, we will announce the new information through our official channels.
