[2022] Keeps freezing and shutting down XB1X

Hey @aWastedMexican1, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the freeze/crash issue you ran into with the game.

First and foremost, for troubleshooting purposes, if you haven't already, you can try the following:

1. Make sure that your game is fully up to date
2. Give the following steps a go, which tends to help to resolve majority of technical related issues

Should problem remain, can I check if you are having this difficulty with 'Dawn of Ragnarok' content by any chance and also, have you noticed if crash occurs in any particular location or after any particular action?
