How do we get foreign supplies instead of river raids? As i have no river raids left.
And we need foreign supplies to unlock the new Armory building and gain access to loadouts.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble gaining foreign supplies. Even if you have no quests available on the river, you should be able to take part in River Raids by speaking to Vagn.
Would you be able to provide me with more information about how you're unable to take part in any more River Raids? For instance, does you map show that all supplies have been "Exhausted?" Or is something else preventing you from taking part in River Raids?
