Have you already tried all the steps in our PC troubleshooting guide? If not, please do so and update this thread.
It would also be useful to know your specs, and whether this occurs in certain areas or throughout the whole game.

Thank you for your patience. Would you be able to confirm that your game is running the most recent version (1.4.1)? Could you tell us when you first noticed this issue?
If this is the case, would you be able to share a screenshot of your current graphics settings, so that we can take a closer look?
