[2022] Odd Repeating Glow in Glowecestrescire

Hey @TheNorfolkian, thanks for getting through and forwarding details over regarding this glow appearing in Glowecestrescire's region.

I can see that @SpirantCrayon22 and @bielik01 also provided some input which will be beneficial record to have.

I've done some digging around however wasn't able to identify any similar reports being forwarded over, therefore for reproduction purposes, would I be able to also ask you to provide us with your save file where issue is present? To do this, all you have to do is simply upload it to cloud by following steps outlined here. Once that's done, this will allow us to access it.
