PC version; while talking to Reda, can no longer access the store OR pickup new contracts. Comes up with a connection error.

Hello @IronSoul27 thank you for getting back to us. I have heard this error code can occur when a player is disconnected from the game or is playing the game in offline mode.

Have you checked your Ubisoft Connect launcher to see that you do not have 'start in offline mode' checked in the launcher's settings, just to be absolutely sure?

What was the last action you completed in-game before talking to Reda if you remember?

Can I also check the date and time when this last affected you in-game, so I may check our server for any outages, and does this happen every single time you now try to access Reda's shop, you recieve this exact error code?
