[2022] Game crashes "dawn of ragnarok"

• Could you also start a Support Case with your System Files included and update me once you've done so?

Hiya @Ywap, sorry to hear this! Have you seen a couple of crashes in the exact location or start-up of the game, or has it been random?

@Ywap Gotcha. If you recently started seeing this behavior after re-downloading the game or a recent update, I would try verifying your game files first to see if this helps with the random crashes to the desktop. If this doesn't help and you see any more crashes, check if you have any background applications open with the game that could be struggling with using the same PC resources.

After trying this out and going through our essential troubleshooting guide doesn't help, and the crashes persist; please keep us posted!
