Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear you can not interact with the box. We request the video and screenshots along with your saves so we can reopen the investigation because I can not see any new reports regarding this issue. Would it be possible for you to record a short video and send us a link so we can investigate this further. Please also make sure that your latest saves are uploaded to the cloud.

@SpirantCrayon22 thank you for your input, we appreciate it. The issue with letterbox was reported but our developers were not able to reproduce it on their side.

Would it be possible to please capture a clip of this, as while the team is struggling to reproduce this, having a video example would be very beneficial to their investigation.

Thanks for your feedback and I will pass it on to the developers, however as of now we don't have any additional information regarding the issue with letterbox. We'll share more information as soon as we have it.
