I can confirm that the issue with Kara not selling ingots anymore was reported previously and the development team were unable to reproduce it on update 1.5.3. I will reopen the issue so that the development team can look into this again.
With regards to Everold not selling platinum ingots, could you please provide a screenshot to show this.
Hi @SpirantCrayon22 I have checked this myself and can confirm Everold does not sell any platinum ingots. I have reported this to the development team to investigate.

The development team has requested some more information for their investigation:
Did you complete a specific Kara's Arena run before this issue started occurring?
Did you buy a large amount of materials?
Did you do anything else out of the ordinary while in Kara's Domain?
They are also looking into the issue with Everold not selling Platinum ingots.
