I cannot find legend of beowulf add on in the ps store. I have not downloaded it yet but I have downloaded Ragnarock, siege of paris and wrath of the druids. It will show in the animus store as owned but won't be anywhere on the ps store. I have a ps4 and purchased the ultimate pack.

DLC and base game being on different clients often leads to issues with incompatibility so we would always recommend purchasing both the base game and any DLC on the same client.

As mentioned by my colleague @Ubi-Orion, purchasing the base game and additional content from different platforms can cause compatibility issues. These issues are uncommon, and might not happen in every case (such as in both of your experiences). This being said, we would still recommend that players purchase the game and any additional content from the same client as, unless stated otherwise, the game and the content are not guaranteed to be compatible.

Hello @AE72 , thanks very much for getting back to us and attaching the screenshots showing that "The Legend of Beowulf" is showing as owned.
The Legend of Beowulf quest can be located in your Quest Log to start playing once you reach Raventhorpe.
If you can not locate any letter to access the quest "The Legend of Beowulf", please send us a video of the issue and we will be happy to investigate further. In this video please demonstrate your game version. The video can be uploaded to any hosting of your choice and the link can be shared with us on here.
I would also suggest to get through this article to check if content is installed on PS4.
