Yesterday I was playing when the system started to have problem saving my progress. It was impossibile to save automatically, to do a quicksave or to manuale save from the option menu. The system told me to exit and re enter, and now I'm stock at the accessibile page, I click A to enter with my profilo, the system starts searching for add-ons and then.. again, I have to press the a button in an infinite cycle

I see that saving doesn't seem to be working either, so I wanted to confirm if you received any error codes or error messages when this happened, especially if they happened before you entered this loop. Does this also happen when you restart the game?
