The only thing that would keep you from being able to purchase an item from the shop is that you need to finish the tutorial to unlock it.
If you've finished it, restarted your game and still can't access the shop you should take a screenshot and contact support.

Hey, you'll need to equip a cape as well since it also counts towards the average item power that's needed. You can buy capes at the market place or craft them at the toolmaker.
If it's purely a cosmetic color correction that you put on to change the screen composition, I don't see why that wouldn't be ok.
That being said u/HellementsAO can tell you for certain.
I can't give a definitive answer on this subject, I'd send a mail to support, they have a better understanding on whats allowed and what not.

I reviewed the App Store and I didn’t see anything about a founders pack
You wouldn't have bought it on the AppStore, Founder Packs were discontinued in 2017. So if you had one, you'd have bought it back then and just logged into an old account.

Feel like having this addressed before new players come to the game should of been sorted first. I wonder how many new players you guys have lost when this game has had the most hype due to server issues. Just like OG launch servers being so bad for a few weeks due to DDOS supposedly.

That's fine. A bit more communication would be nice tho. Just a quick announcement that ure aware of what's going on. Last weekend was unplayable. Also something I asked myself: why aren't there any hotfixes after an update to fix buggy weapons, example are great holy and 1h frost. Both their Es are/were buggy and it took weeks alone to fix great holy, 1h frost still dominating every aspect of pvp cause of the instant root. Would it be that big of a deal to apply a small fix for those kind of things on the next restart?

Agreed on the communication front, we'll try to do better with this! When it comes to the delay with fixes (apologies for that), we had to adjust how we organize patches and hotfixes, due to the situation with how patches are approved on mobile, which can take a longer time than expected. We are definitely working on improving on this though, so the cycles won't take as long.

That's cool and I'm really happy more people will 1learn to love Albion like many of us do. But are you doing something about the servers? Also the spawn rates of resources have to be addressed. The new players won't stay unexperienced forever and will need higher gear so more resources are needed.
