Yup. There was an error with handling of the e-mail reminder for ending Premium that started happening yesterday evening. That's fixed now. Really sorry about that.

Obviously, using this kind of software is against the Terms and Conditions and we will sanction the use of it.
We haven't touched any of the Steam payment integration. Can you double-check that you're starting the steam client from within the steam interface, maybe reinstall it (just to make sure), and, if that doesn't help drop a mail to [email protected] please?
Steam will not continuously bill you.
This is correct.
Yup. A wrong loca string has made it into the game. Should be fixed next week with Nimue.
Very well done, nice!
Hello,
The guild “Big Black c*ck” was not disbanded out of the blue or without warning.
We contacted their Guild Master beforehand and informed them that the guild was not only in violation of our naming policies, but that their guild self-description was even less acceptable as it was blatantly racist and anti-semitic.
The Guild Master was, as I said, contacted and informed that they would be given more than enough time to evacuate their belongings, after which the guild would be disbanded. After that timeframe was up, we followed through with that.
Those bringing up the original “Black c*cks” beta guild as an argument: 1.) They indeed did a tongue-in-cheek play on words, rather than display blatant racism. If, in the case we’re discussing here it was real racism, or just an attempt at provocation, I don’t know - and doesn’t really make any difference. 2.) Read moreHello everyone,
I have spoken with Evoque to get information on the background of this rulechange.
This rule change was made shortly before the match, and communicated before it started.
Why was it made at all? The rule change was made to prevent a situation in which a team could have refused to actively fight, hide in their safe area, and still move on to the next round.
It was a decision made at really short notice. Not great for the participants affected, but important for the tournament. Going forward, especially for upcoming tournaments, we will make sure that it is more clear that rules can be changed at any time or even rulings made outside of the scope of the rules to preserve fair play and tournament integrity.
The character Mastha, like your reddit username, fits the description you gave - the purchases match and the account has been banned for 3rd party currency transactions.
Now, as for what got you banned. Your "friend" gave you 50,000 Gold. I'm sure if he is such a good friend that he gives you $250 worth of Gold, you surely spent a lot of time doing stuff ingame together. Mh. But wait, no. You just travelled to your friend, naked, received 50,000 Gold, returned to your previous location and never interacted again. Interesting friendship. And it becomes even more interesting when I look at how many "good friends" this guy has. And they all come travelling to him, he just hands out Gold and Silver left and right, and never interacts with them again.
I'd like to have that kind of friend as well. Not.
